Verification Policy

About the summaries in this document: Some sections include an "Important Verification Summary (Non-Binding)" or similar convenience summary. A summary is provided for convenience only, does not replace or modify the full policy, and the complete provisions shall prevail in case of any inconsistency.

To understand what a verification status does and does not mean, see "Limitations, Disclaimers and User Responsibility". To check how long a verification status lasts, see "Duration, Expiry and Renewal". To raise a query or concern about verification, see "Queries and Concerns Regarding Verification". For official contact details, see "Contact Information".

1. Introduction

This Verification Policy (the "Policy") explains how Connect Aura Tech Private Limited, a company incorporated and operating in India with its operational presence in Delhi, India (the "Company", "we", "us", or "our"), makes available, administers, and governs verification-related programmes and features in connection with Click4Exports (the "Platform"), a technology-driven global business-to-business (B2B) marketplace and digital business discovery platform.

Click4Exports operates as a neutral technology platform and communication facilitator. It does not become a party to transactions between users and does not act as a certification authority, inspection body, credit-rating agency, or guarantor of any user's identity, legitimacy, financial standing, or business conduct. Verification programmes offered through the platform are intended to support trust, transparency, and marketplace quality and are one input among many that users may consider when evaluating a potential business relationship — not a substitute for independent judgement.

This Policy is intended for Suppliers, Buyers, and other authorised business representatives using the Platform for commercial, professional, industrial, trading, or related purposes. By applying for, holding, displaying, or relying on any verification status or verification-related feature, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this policy, and you agree that verification-related matters are handled in accordance with this policy, the terms & conditions, the applicable process available at the relevant time, and applicable laws.

Important Verification Summary (Non-Binding)

Quick Summary (Non-Binding): This summary is provided for convenience only. It does not replace or modify the full policy, and the detailed provisions shall prevail in case of any inconsistency.

2. Scope

This policy applies to verification-related programmes and features made available through the platform from time to time, including, where offered:

This policy governs matters including eligibility for verification, the application and review process, the meaning and display of verification status, duration and renewal, re-verification, suspension and withdrawal of status, and the limitations that apply to any verification outcome.

This policy does not apply to, and the company is not responsible for, the accuracy of any commercial claims, product specifications, certifications, or representations made by a user independently of the verification process, nor for any agreement, transaction, payment, or dispute arising directly between users. Such matters remain the responsibility of the businesses involved, consistent with the marketplace neutrality provisions of the Terms & Conditions. Fees, if any, associated with a paid verification-related service are governed by the Refund & Cancellation Policy and the applicable plan terms, not by this policy.

3. Relationship with the Terms & Conditions

This Policy is a Level 2 specialised policy that forms part of, and should be read together with, the Click4Exports Terms & Conditions (the "Terms"), in particular the provisions relating to Verification Programs, marketplace neutrality, and account governance. It should also be read together with the Privacy Policy, the Membership Terms, the Refund & Cancellation Policy, and the Acceptable Use Policy, where relevant to a particular verification-related matter.

Capitalised terms used but not defined in this Policy have the meanings given to them in the Terms, including the defined terms Verification, Verified Supplier, Verified Buyer, and Verified Buy Lead. Where this policy and another document appear inconsistent, the more specific provision generally governs its specific subject matter, the latest valid version of an applicable policy may govern according to its terms, and mandatory requirements of applicable laws override conflicting contractual provisions.

This policy does not establish separate governing law, jurisdiction, or dispute resolution provisions. All matters relating to governing law, jurisdiction, dispute resolution, limitation of liability, grievance redressal, and similar provisions are addressed exclusively in the Terms, and this Policy is interpreted consistently with, and subject to, those provisions.

4. Definitions

Unless otherwise specifically defined in this Policy, capitalised terms have the meanings given to them in the Terms. Similar terms maintain consistent meaning across all platform documents. Headings are provided for convenience only and do not independently determine legal meaning. Singular terms may include plural interpretations and vice versa where the context requires. For convenience, the following additional terms are used in this policy:

Verification status means the current state of a user's participation in a verification programme at a given time, including whether verification is pending, active, expired, suspended, withdrawn, not applicable, or any other status that may apply according to the applicable verification process available at the relevant time. Verification Status reflects completion of the applicable verification process available at the relevant time and does not represent a permanent or ongoing condition.

Verification documentation means any information, document, record, or other material submitted by a user or obtained by or on behalf of the company for the purpose of conducting or supporting a verification process.

Verification Badge means any visual indicator, label, icon, or similar marker displayed on the Platform to reflect a User's Verification Status at a given time, subject to the limitations described in this Policy.

Re-verification means a subsequent verification process required to maintain, renew, confirm, or restore a verification status, whether on a periodic basis, upon request by the company, or in response to a change in circumstances.

‘Verification provider’ means the company, an internal team or system operating on behalf of the company, or a third-party service provider engaged by the company from time to time to perform or support any part of a verification process. A verification provider may be internal to the company or an external third party; references elsewhere in this policy to a “third-party verification provider” refer only to the external category.

5. Nature and Purpose of Verification

Verification programmes are made available through the platform to support marketplace trust, transparency, and platform integrity by allowing suppliers, buyers, and other users to have certain information or documents reviewed according to the applicable verification process available at the relevant time. Verification is intended to assist users in making more informed decisions when engaging with other businesses on the platform.

A verification status reflects only that the applicable verification process available at the relevant time has been completed with respect to the specific information or documents reviewed. It does not represent an ongoing assessment, a certification of quality, or an independent investigation beyond the scope of the applicable process, and it does not remain automatically accurate or current beyond the point at which it was granted.

Verification is one factor among many that a user may consider when evaluating a potential business relationship. It is not and must not be relied upon as a substitute for independent due diligence, and the Company does not represent or warrant that verification eliminates or reduces any commercial, financial, legal, or transactional risk associated with dealing with any User.

6. Types of Verification Programs

The Company may make available different verification programmes from time to time, depending on the category of user and the applicable services, including, where offered:

The Company may introduce, modify, expand, limit, combine, rename, or discontinue any verification program, in whole or in part, at its discretion, including in connection with new Services, new markets, new technologies, or evolving operational, security, or compliance requirements. The availability of a particular verification program at any given time does not create an obligation on the Company to continue offering that program, or any equivalent program, in the future.

7. Eligibility to Apply for Verification

Verification programs are generally intended for business Users, including Suppliers, Buyers, and authorised business representatives, subject to the eligibility criteria applicable to the relevant program at the time of application. A User applying for verification must have the necessary authority to submit the relevant information or documents on behalf of the business concerned, and must ensure that all information provided is accurate, current, and not misleading.

The Company may request additional information, documents, or clarification at any stage of the verification process, where reasonably necessary to assess eligibility or to complete the applicable verification process. Eligibility criteria for any verification program may change over time, including in response to operational, security, regulatory, or business requirements, and the criteria available at the time of application, or at the time of any re-verification, shall apply.

Meeting the eligibility criteria for a verification program does not create any right or entitlement to be granted verification. The Company retains discretion to assess each application according to the applicable process available at the relevant time.

8. Optional vs. Required Verification

Except where expressly stated otherwise, verification is generally voluntary, and a User may choose whether to apply for a verification program made available through the Platform. However, the Company may, at its discretion, designate certain verification steps as required for access to specific features, Services, or categories of participation on the Platform, where reasonably necessary for security, compliance, fraud prevention, or platform integrity purposes.

Where verification is designated as required for a particular feature or Service, continued access to that feature or Service may depend on the completion, maintenance, or renewal of the applicable verification, according to the applicable process available at the relevant time. Where a User does not complete or maintain required verification, the Company may restrict, suspend, or limit access to the relevant feature or Service, without this constituting a suspension or termination of the User's Account for purposes unrelated to verification, unless separately applicable under other provisions of the Terms or applicable policies.

Completion of any verification, whether voluntary or required, does not by itself entitle a User to any particular outcome, feature, visibility, or commercial benefit beyond what is expressly made available under the applicable program at the relevant time.

9. Verification Application, Submission and Required Information

9.1 Application and Submission Process

A User seeking verification may apply through the applicable submission channel made available on the Platform from time to time, which may include online forms, document upload tools, integrations with third-party systems, or any other submission method the Company may introduce, according to the applicable process available at the relevant time. The Company may modify, replace, or expand the available submission methods at its discretion, including as new technologies become available.

Where an application is incomplete, unclear, or does not include the information reasonably required to assess it, the Company may request clarification or additional information before proceeding, may treat the application as incomplete until the required information is provided, or may decline to proceed with the application. The Company is not obliged to process an incomplete application within any particular timeframe.

Submission of an application does not guarantee that the application will be processed, reviewed, or approved, and the Company retains discretion over whether, when, and how to proceed with any application, according to the applicable process available at the relevant time.

9.2 Categories of Information and Documents

Depending on the applicable verification program, a User may be asked to provide information or documents falling within categories such as business identity information, contact confirmation details, business registration or licensing records, authorisation or representative details, or other supporting information reasonably related to the purpose of the applicable verification program. The specific information or documents required may vary by program, User category, jurisdiction, and the applicable process available at the relevant time, and the categories described in this Policy are illustrative and non-exhaustive.

The Company may request additional or updated information or documents at any stage, whether during an initial application, during review, or at any point while a Verification Status remains active, where reasonably necessary for the applicable verification process. Users are responsible for ensuring that all Verification Documentation submitted is accurate, current, and not misleading, and for providing only information they are authorised to submit.

10. Review Process, Timelines and Outcomes

10.1 Review Methods (Manual, Automated and Third-Party)

Verification Documentation may be reviewed through manual review, automated review, AI-assisted review, review by a third-party Verification Provider, or a combination of these methods, as applicable to the relevant verification program at the relevant time. The Company may change the review method used for any verification program, including introducing new technologies or discontinuing existing methods, at its discretion and without this Policy requiring amendment.

Where automated or AI-assisted methods are used, such methods may be used to support, but not necessarily replace, human review, and the Company does not represent that any review method, whether manual, automated, AI-assisted, or third-party, is free from error or limitation. The specific technologies, tools, or Verification Providers used for review may vary and are not fixed by this Policy.

10.2 Processing Timelines

Any timelines, turnaround periods, or processing estimates that may be communicated in connection with a verification program are indicative only and do not constitute a binding commitment. Actual processing time may vary depending on factors including the completeness and accuracy of the information submitted, the volume of applications, the review method used, dependency on responses from the User, and dependency on any third-party Verification Provider involved in the process.

The Company does not guarantee that any application will be processed within a particular timeframe, and delays may occur for reasons within or outside the Company's control. Users should not rely on any indicative timeline when making business decisions.

10.3 Verification Outcomes

The outcome of a verification process may include, where applicable:

No outcome described in this section creates any entitlement to a particular result, to reapplication on specific terms, to an explanation beyond what the Company considers appropriate, or to any commercial benefit. The Company retains discretion over the outcome of any verification process, according to the applicable process available at the relevant time.

11. Grant of Verification Status

Where an application is approved, the Company may grant a Verification Status, which becomes effective from the date and time determined by the Company or, where applicable, indicated on the Platform. Activation of a Verification Status, and any associated features, may occur immediately upon grant, or may depend on additional steps, according to the applicable process available at the relevant time.

A Verification Status granted under this Policy is conditional, and remains subject to the ongoing accuracy of the information on which it was based, continued compliance with this Policy and the Terms, and the Company's right to review, modify, suspend, or withdraw the status as described elsewhere in this Policy. A Verification Status does not constitute a permanent status, and its grant does not create any vested right to retain that status indefinitely or to any particular treatment on the Platform.

The Company retains discretion to determine whether, when, and on what basis a Verification Status is granted, and this discretion may be exercised differently across Users, programs, and time periods, according to the applicable process available at the relevant time.

12. Verification Badges and Status Display

Where a Verification Status has been granted, the Company may display a Verification Badge or similar indicator on the User's profile, listings, or other areas of the Platform, in a manner and format determined by the Company from time to time. The design, appearance, placement, and technology used for any Verification Badge are not fixed by this Policy and may be introduced, modified, or replaced by the Company at its discretion, including through future badge technologies.

A Verification Badge is informational only. It reflects that the applicable verification process available at the relevant time has been completed with respect to the specific information reviewed, and does not constitute an endorsement, recommendation, approval, certification, inspection result, or rating by the Company, and does not guarantee the accuracy, legitimacy, quality, reliability, or future conduct of the User to which it relates.

The Company may modify, hide, suspend, or remove a Verification Badge at any time, including where a Verification Status expires, is suspended, is withdrawn, or is under review, or where the Company otherwise determines it appropriate to do so, according to the applicable process available at the relevant time. The absence, presence, or removal of a Verification Badge does not, by itself, indicate any specific finding about a User.

13. Duration, Expiry and Renewal

A Verification Status is not perpetual and does not remain valid indefinitely. The period for which a Verification Status remains valid, and whether it is subject to expiry, may vary by verification program and may be modified by the Company from time to time, according to the applicable process available at the relevant time. Where a validity period applies, a Verification Status may expire automatically at the end of that period, or upon the occurrence of an event specified under the applicable process, without further notice, unless otherwise stated at the relevant time.

Expiry of a Verification Status does not occur through automatic renewal. Where renewal is made available for a particular verification program, a User may be required to actively apply for renewal, according to the applicable process available at the relevant time, and renewal is not automatic merely because a User previously held, or continues to hold, an active Account.

Eligibility for renewal is assessed by the Company at the relevant time and may depend on factors including continued eligibility criteria, the accuracy and currency of previously submitted information, and any additional information or documentation the Company may request. The Company retains discretion to grant, decline, or condition any renewal, and to introduce, modify, or discontinue renewal processes for any verification program, including future renewal methods, at its discretion. A Verification Status that has expired and is not renewed does not entitle the User to any continued display, feature, or benefit associated with that status.

14. Re-Verification Requirements

The Company may require Re-Verification at any time, whether on a periodic basis, in connection with renewal, or on an event-triggered basis, including where the Company becomes aware of a change in circumstances, a change in submitted information, a change in Applicable Laws, or other factors reasonably relevant to the continued accuracy of a Verification Status, according to the applicable process available at the relevant time.

A User may be required to update previously submitted Verification Documentation, provide additional information, or complete further steps as part of Re-Verification. Users remain responsible for promptly notifying the Company of any material change in circumstances that may affect the accuracy of information previously submitted for verification, where reasonably practicable.

Ongoing eligibility for a Verification Status is not assumed and may be reassessed at any time. The Company may introduce new or additional Re-Verification requirements for any verification program as the Platform and its verification processes evolve. Completion of Re-Verification on a previous occasion does not entitle a User to continued verification status, and failure to complete Re-Verification within the applicable timeframe may result in expiry, suspension, or withdrawal of the relevant Verification Status, as described elsewhere in this Policy.

15. Suspension, Withdrawal and Revocation of Verification Status

The Company may suspend, withdraw, or revoke a Verification Status, in whole or in part, at any time and at its discretion, including where the Company reasonably believes or determines that:

Where reasonably practicable, the Company may provide notice of a suspension, withdrawal, or revocation and an opportunity to respond, but immediate action may be taken without prior notice where necessary for security, legal compliance, fraud prevention, or protection of the Platform or other Users, according to the applicable process available at the relevant time.

Suspension, withdrawal, or revocation of a Verification Status may result in the temporary or permanent removal of the associated Verification Badge, restriction of related features, and reassessment of the User's standing under any applicable verification program. A User does not have any entitlement to compensation, reinstatement, or any particular outcome as a result of a suspension, withdrawal, or revocation, and the Company's exercise of discretion under this section does not itself constitute a representation regarding the underlying facts.

16. Effect of Account Suspension or Termination on Verification

A Verification Status is associated with, and dependent upon, the continued existence and standing of the Account to which it relates. Where an Account is suspended, restricted, or terminated in accordance with the Terms, any associated Verification Status and Verification Badge may be correspondingly suspended, hidden, restricted, or terminated, according to the applicable process available at the relevant time.

Restoration of a Verification Status following the resolution of an Account suspension or restriction is not automatic. Where an Account is reinstated, the Company may require the User to complete Re-Verification, or a new verification application, before any Verification Status or Verification Badge is restored, and the Company retains discretion over whether and how to restore verification-related features in such circumstances.

Where an Account is terminated, any associated Verification Status is terminated together with it, and a User wishing to hold a Verification Status in connection with a new or reinstated Account must apply afresh under the applicable process available at the relevant time. This section should be read together with the Account-related provisions of the Terms & Conditions, and, as Click4Exports introduces future account models, multi-user access arrangements, or related features, the relationship between Account status and Verification Status described in this section applies correspondingly, according to the applicable process available at the relevant time.

17. Limitations, Disclaimers and User Responsibility

17.1 What Verification Does Not Guarantee

Verification indicates only that certain information, documents, or processes have been reviewed according to the applicable verification process available at the relevant time. Verification does not represent or guarantee:

The scope of what is reviewed under any verification program may vary and may not extend to every aspect of a User's business, products, services, or conduct. A Verification Status reflects the outcome of a specific, limited process and should not be read more broadly than what that process actually covers.

17.2 No Endorsement or Recommendation

A Verification Status, Verification Badge, or any other indicator arising from a verification program does not constitute an endorsement, recommendation, approval, sponsorship, or certification of a User, its business, its products, or its services by the Company. The Company does not act as a certification authority, inspection body, credit-rating agency, or guarantor in connection with any verification program, and no statement in this Policy should be interpreted as creating such a role.

17.3 Independent Due Diligence Obligation

Users must continue to conduct independent due diligence before entering into agreements, extending credit, making payments, or accepting commercial commitments with any other User, regardless of any Verification Status held by that User. This obligation applies at all times, including immediately after a Verification Status is granted, throughout the period a Verification Status remains active, and in connection with any transaction, whether or not verification is mentioned or relied upon by either party. The Company is not responsible for a User's decision to rely on a Verification Status in place of the User's own independent due diligence.

18. False, Misleading or Fraudulent Verification Submissions

Users must not submit false, misleading, incomplete, altered, or fraudulent information or Verification Documentation in connection with any verification program, and must not impersonate another person or business, misrepresent their authority to act on behalf of a business, or otherwise attempt to circumvent or manipulate the applicable verification process available at the relevant time.

Where the Company reasonably believes or determines that a submission is false, misleading, or fraudulent, the Company may, in addition to any other rights available under this Policy or the Terms, decline or discontinue the applicable verification process, suspend, withdraw, or revoke any associated Verification Status as described elsewhere in this Policy, restrict or suspend the associated Account, and take other action the Company considers appropriate, including reporting the matter to relevant authorities where required or considered appropriate under Applicable Laws.

A User remains responsible for the accuracy of all information and Verification Documentation submitted, whether submitted directly by the User or by a representative acting on the User's behalf, and the consequences described in this section may apply regardless of whether the false, misleading, or fraudulent submission was intentional.

19. Use of Submitted Information

Information and Verification Documentation submitted in connection with a verification program is collected, used, disclosed, stored, and otherwise processed by the Company in accordance with the Privacy Policy, which governs the categories of information processed, the purposes and legal bases for processing, disclosure and sharing, international transfers, security, and the rights of Data Principals. This Policy does not restate those provisions, and the Privacy Policy should be read together with this Policy in relation to any verification-related information.

Verification-related information may be used by the Company for purposes including conducting and administering the applicable verification process, maintaining the accuracy and integrity of Verification Status and Verification Badges, security and fraud prevention, compliance with Applicable Laws, and other purposes described in the Privacy Policy. Where a Verification Badge or related indicator is displayed on the Platform, limited information associated with a Verification Status may be made visible to other Users, according to the applicable process available at the relevant time and as further described in the Privacy Policy.

20. Role of Third-Party Verification Providers

The Company may perform verification-related activities internally, or may engage one or more third-party Verification Providers to perform or support all or part of a verification process, including the collection, review, or confirmation of information or Verification Documentation, according to the applicable process available at the relevant time. The Company may introduce, change, add, or discontinue the use of any third-party Verification Provider at its discretion, including in connection with new technologies, markets, or operational requirements.

Where a third-party Verification Provider is engaged, that provider may process information on behalf of the Company, or in its own capacity, as described in the Privacy Policy. The Company does not guarantee the accuracy, availability, or performance of any third-party Verification Provider, and the involvement of a third-party Verification Provider in a verification process does not alter the limitations on verification described elsewhere in this Policy, including under "Limitations, Disclaimers and User Responsibility".

21. Data Retention Relating to Verification Records

The Company retains information and Verification Documentation relating to a verification program for the periods described in, and in accordance with, the Privacy Policy, having regard to factors including the purposes for which the information was collected, ongoing verification or Re-Verification requirements, security and fraud prevention, legal and regulatory obligations, and the resolution of any dispute, investigation, or claim.

Verification-related records may continue to be retained after a Verification Status has expired, been suspended, withdrawn, or revoked, or after the associated Account has been suspended or terminated, where retention is necessary for the purposes described in the Privacy Policy or as otherwise required or permitted under Applicable Laws. This Policy does not establish retention periods independently of the Privacy Policy, and the Privacy Policy governs in relation to any inconsistency on retention matters.

22. Modifications to Verification Programs, Criteria and Technologies

22.1 Modifications to Existing Programs and Criteria

The Company may introduce, modify, expand, replace, combine, separate, rename, or discontinue any verification program, eligibility criterion, application process, review method, timeline, outcome category, status, badge, or other feature described in this Policy, in whole or in part, at its discretion and according to the applicable process available at the relevant time. Such changes may be made in response to operational, security, technological, regulatory, commercial, or other considerations, and may apply to new applications, existing Verification Status holders, or both, as the Company determines appropriate.

Where a modification affects a User's existing Verification Status, the Company may provide notice and, where reasonably practicable, a transition period, but is not obliged to maintain any verification program, criterion, or feature in its existing form, and a User does not acquire any right to the continuation of a particular verification program, criterion, or feature merely because it was available at an earlier time.

22.2 Introduction of New Verification Tiers or Technologies

The Company may introduce new verification tiers, categories, badges, review technologies, or verification methods, including those based on new or evolving technologies, at its discretion and according to the applicable process available at the relevant time. The introduction of a new verification tier, category, or technology does not, by itself, entitle existing Verification Status holders to the new tier, category, or technology, and does not diminish the validity of an existing Verification Status unless separately stated at the relevant time.

This Policy is intended to apply on a technology- and vendor-neutral basis, so that new verification tiers or technologies may be introduced, and existing ones modified or retired, without requiring a corresponding amendment to the structure of this Policy, except to the extent an amendment is otherwise required under "Changes to this Policy".

23. Relationship with Other Policies

This Policy forms part of, and should be read together with, the Terms & Conditions and the other policies that govern your relationship with the Company in connection with the Platform. Specific policies provide additional rules for particular matters, including, where applicable, the Privacy Policy, the Cookie Policy, the Membership Terms, the Refund & Cancellation Policy, and the Acceptable Use Policy.

Where this Policy and another document appear inconsistent, the more specific policy generally governs its specific subject matter, the latest valid version of an applicable policy may govern according to its terms, and mandatory requirements of Applicable Laws override conflicting contractual provisions. Matters relating to the interpretation of defined terms, governing law, jurisdiction, dispute resolution, limitation of liability, and similar provisions are addressed in the Terms.

24. Queries and Concerns Regarding Verification

Operational queries or concerns specific to a verification outcome, a Verification Status, or a Verification Badge, such as questions about an application, a review outcome, or the display of a badge, may be raised using the verification-related contact channels described under "Contact Information" or otherwise made available on the Platform. The Company aims to address such queries in a reasonable manner and timeframe, according to the applicable process available at the relevant time, but this section does not create a binding service-level commitment.

Where a User wishes to raise a formal complaint or grievance, including in relation to a verification-related matter, the User may use the grievance redressal mechanism described in the Terms & Conditions. Raising an operational query under this section does not, by itself, constitute the exhaustion of, or a substitute for, any formal grievance redressal process available under the Terms or Applicable Laws.

25. Changes to this Policy

The Company may update or modify this Policy from time to time due to new Platform features, new or modified verification programs, new technologies, business changes, legal or regulatory developments, security requirements, or operational improvements. Where changes are material, the Company may communicate them through reasonable notice methods, such as notification through the Platform, email to the address associated with the Account, or posting on the official website.

Where required under Applicable Laws, or where operationally appropriate, Users may be required to acknowledge or accept the updated Policy before continuing to access certain verification-related features. Material changes to this Policy generally apply prospectively, unless Applicable Laws require otherwise or the relevant change must apply immediately for legal, security, fraud-prevention, or regulatory reasons. Subject to the foregoing and to Applicable Laws, the latest applicable version of this Policy and official information shall govern, and the "Last Updated" date indicates when this Policy was most recently revised.

26. Contact Information

For questions regarding this Policy, or verification-related queries, please use the contact details below or the designated channels identified on the Platform. To raise a formal complaint, please use the grievance redressal mechanism described in the Terms & Conditions.

Frequently Asked Questions

What does "Verified Supplier" mean on Click4Exports?

It indicates the supplier completed the applicable verification process available at the relevant time. It does not represent authenticity, payment capability, product quality, or transaction success.

Does verification remove the need for due diligence?
