Acceptable Use Policy

About the summaries in this document: Some sections include a "Key Points (Non-Binding Summary)" or similar convenience summary. A summary is provided for convenience only and does not replace or modify the full policy, and the complete provisions shall prevail in case of any inconsistency.

To see the categories of prohibited conduct, see Section 6 through Section 11. To understand what may happen if this Policy is not followed, see "Consequences of Violation". To report suspected prohibited conduct, see "Reporting Prohibited Conduct". For official contact details, see "Contact Information".

1. Introduction

This Acceptable Use Policy (the "Policy") explains the standards of conduct that apply to all use of Click4Exports (the "Platform"), a technology-driven global business-to-business (B2B) marketplace and digital business discovery platform operated by Connect Aura Tech Private Limited, a company incorporated and operating in India with its operational presence in Delhi, India (the "Company", "we", "us", or "our").

Click4Exports operates as a neutral technology platform and communication facilitator between businesses. It does not become a party to transactions between users and does not act as a buyer, seller, agent, broker, importer, exporter, logistics provider, payment intermediary, or guarantor of any transaction. This policy exists to help keep the platform a professional, trustworthy, and lawful environment for business discovery and communication, consistent with that neutral role.

This Policy is intended for Suppliers, Buyers, and other authorised business representatives using the Platform for commercial, professional, industrial, trading, or related purposes. By accessing or using the Platform, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this Policy, and you agree to comply with it together with the Terms & Conditions, the applicable process available at the relevant time, and Applicable Laws.

Key Points (Non-Binding Summary)

Quick Summary (Non-Binding): This summary is provided for convenience only. It does not replace or modify the full policy, and the detailed provisions shall prevail in case of any inconsistency.

2. Scope

This policy applies to all use of the platform by suppliers, buyers, and other users, including, where applicable:

This policy governs matters including the general standards of acceptable use, the categories of prohibited conduct, the company's monitoring and enforcement rights, the consequences that may follow a violation, and the process for reporting suspected prohibited conduct.

This policy does not govern and defers to the applicable dedicated policy for matters including content ownership, licensing, and intellectual property mechanics, which are addressed in the applicable content and intellectual property provisions of the Terms & Conditions; the eligibility, criteria, and consequences associated with any verification programme, which are addressed in the Verification Policy; fees, billing, and refund matters, which are addressed in the Refund & Cancellation Policy and the applicable plan terms; and the collection, use, and protection of personal data and the use of cookies and similar technologies, which are addressed in the Privacy Policy and the Cookie Policy, respectively.

3. Relationship with the Terms & Conditions

This Policy is a Level 2 specialised policy that forms part of, and should be read together with, the Click4Exports Terms & Conditions (the "Terms"), in particular the provisions relating to acceptable use and prohibited activities, marketplace neutrality, and account governance. It should also be read together with the Privacy Policy, the Cookie Policy, the Membership Terms, the Refund & Cancellation Policy, and the Verification Policy, where relevant to a particular matter of use.

Capitalised terms used but not defined in this Policy have the meanings given to them in the Terms. Where this policy and another document appear inconsistent, the more specific provision generally governs its specific subject matter; the latest valid version of an applicable policy may govern according to its terms, and mandatory requirements of applicable laws override conflicting contractual provisions.

This policy does not establish separate governing law, jurisdiction, dispute resolution, interpretation, limitation of liability, or grievance redressal provisions. All matters relating to governing law, jurisdiction, dispute resolution, interpretation, limitation of liability, grievance redressal, and similar provisions are addressed exclusively in the Terms, and this Policy is interpreted consistently with, and subject to, those provisions.

4. Definitions

Unless otherwise specifically defined in this Policy, capitalised terms have the meanings given to them in the Terms. Similar terms maintain consistent meaning across all platform documents. Headings are provided for convenience only and do not independently determine legal meaning. Singular terms may include plural interpretations and vice versa where the context requires. For convenience, the following additional terms are used in this policy:

Prohibited Conduct means any act or omission described as prohibited, restricted, or not permitted under this Policy, including the categories described in Sections 6 to 11, whether or not expressly listed, where such act or omission is inconsistent with the general principle of acceptable use described in this Policy.

‘Misuse’ means the use of any platform feature, tool, or functionality in a manner inconsistent with its intended business purpose, including in a manner that undermines marketplace quality, trust, or the experience of other users.

Manipulation means any attempt to artificially influence search results, rankings, visibility, reputation indicators, reviews, ratings, or other platform signals through means not consistent with the applicable process available at the relevant time.

Automated Access means access to, or interaction with, the Platform through bots, scripts, scrapers, crawlers, or other automated means, other than automated access expressly authorised by the Company.

5. General Principle of Acceptable Use

You must use the platform only for lawful, legitimate business purposes consistent with the nature of Click4Exports as a technology-driven B2B marketplace and business discovery platform. This includes acting honestly and in good faith when creating an account, publishing content, submitting enquiries, communicating with other users, and interacting with any feature made available on the platform.

Acceptable use extends to every way of accessing or interacting with the Platform, including through a browser, mobile application, application programming interface (API), or other means the Company may make available or authorise from time to time, regardless of the specific technology or device used.

This general principle applies in addition to, and is not limited by, the specific categories of prohibited conduct described in this policy. Conduct may be inconsistent with this policy even where it is not expressly listed, where it is inconsistent with the standard described in this section or with the purpose of a platform feature.

6. Prohibited Conduct – Identity, Accuracy and Misrepresentation

Without limiting the general principle described above, Prohibited Conduct includes, illustratively and without limitation:

Users remain responsible for ensuring that information associated with their Account and activity on the Platform is accurate and kept up to date, consistent with the account-related provisions of the Terms & Conditions.

7. Prohibited Conduct – Fraudulent, Deceptive and Manipulative Activity

Without limiting the general principle described above, Prohibited Conduct includes, illustratively and without limitation:

This section does not limit and should be read together with the provisions of the Terms & Conditions relating to marketplace neutrality and User responsibility, which describe the independent due diligence Users are expected to undertake regardless of any measures the Company may apply under this Policy.

8. Prohibited Conduct – Unlawful, Infringing and Harmful Content

Without limiting the general principle described above, Prohibited Conduct includes, illustratively and without limitation, uploading, publishing, or transmitting content through the Platform that:

The ownership, licensing, and intellectual property provisions applicable to content submitted to the Platform, including the rights and responsibilities of Users in relation to their own content, are addressed in the applicable content and intellectual property provisions of the Terms & Conditions and are not restated in this Policy. This section prohibits unlawful, infringing, or harmful content as a matter of acceptable use; it does not itself establish content ownership rules, licensing terms, or a complaint-handling procedure.

9. Prohibited Conduct – Platform Security and System Integrity

Without limiting the general principle described above, Prohibited Conduct includes, illustratively and without limitation:

This section does not itself create technical, procedural, or implementation obligations on the Company regarding the specific security measures it applies, which may be introduced, modified, or replaced at the Company's discretion, including in response to operational, security, technological, regulatory, commercial, or other considerations.

10. Prohibited Conduct – Trade Compliance and Legal Restrictions

Without limiting the general principle described above, Prohibited Conduct includes, illustratively and without limitation:

Users remain responsible for their own compliance with Applicable Laws relating to international trade, customs, taxation, and regulatory requirements applicable to their business and transactions, consistent with the user responsibility and due diligence provisions of the Terms & Conditions. This section does not constitute legal or regulatory advice and does not identify every requirement that may apply to a particular User, transaction, or jurisdiction.

11. Prohibited Conduct – Misuse of Communication and Marketplace Tools

Without limiting the general principle described above, Prohibited Conduct includes, illustratively and without limitation:

This section does not restrict genuine, good-faith business communication conducted through the Platform's features in the manner they are intended to be used.

12. Business Conduct Standards Between Users

Users are expected to engage with one another in good faith and in a manner consistent with professional business conduct, including when communicating, negotiating, or otherwise interacting in connection with a potential or actual business relationship formed through the Platform.

Click4Exports operates as a neutral technology platform and communication facilitator. It does not become a party to, negotiate, or guarantee the outcome of any business relationship or transaction between Users. Users remain responsible for their own commercial decisions, including due diligence, contract terms, payment arrangements, and product or service evaluation, consistent with the user responsibility provisions of the Terms & Conditions.

Nothing in this section creates any fiduciary, advisory, or intermediary relationship between the Company and any User, or between Users, and this section does not itself resolve or adjudicate any dispute between Users.

13. Monitoring, Review and Enforcement Rights

The Company may, at its discretion and according to the applicable process available at the relevant time, monitor, review, investigate, or assess Account activity, content, communications, and other use of the Platform for consistency with this Policy. The Company is not obliged to monitor or pre-screen every submission, communication, or activity on the Platform, and the absence of prior review does not indicate that any conduct is consistent with this Policy.

Where the Company identifies, or receives a report of, conduct that appears inconsistent with this Policy, the Company may take such action as it considers appropriate, including, illustratively and without limitation, requesting additional information or clarification, restricting or removing content, limiting access to a feature, or applying any of the measures described under "Consequences of Violation". The Company may take such action at its discretion, and the exercise or non-exercise of this discretion in one instance does not create an expectation of similar action, or inaction, in another.

This section describes the Company's general monitoring and review rights in connection with this Policy. It does not create an obligation on the Company to monitor, detect, or act upon any particular instance of Prohibited Conduct, and does not itself establish investigation procedures, which may be applied according to the applicable process available at the relevant time.

14. Consequences of Violation

Where the Company determines, according to the applicable process available at the relevant time, that conduct is inconsistent with this Policy, the Company may take one or more actions it considers appropriate and proportionate, including, illustratively and without limitation:

The Company may apply one or more of these actions in any order, in combination, or independently of one another, according to the applicable process available at the relevant time. This section does not create an entitlement to any particular action, sequence of actions, notice period, or outcome, and the detailed rules governing Account restriction, suspension, or termination remain set out in the Terms & Conditions rather than in this Policy.

15. Reporting Prohibited Conduct

Users may report suspected Prohibited Conduct using the reporting channels made available on the Platform from time to time, or the contact details described under "Contact Information". The Company may request additional information from a User submitting a report where reasonably necessary to assess the matter.

The Company may review a report according to the applicable process available at the relevant time, using automated systems, manual review, or a combination of both, and may take such action, if any, as it considers appropriate. Submitting a report does not, by itself, guarantee any particular outcome, the removal of content, the restriction of an Account, or any other specific action, and the Company is not obliged to disclose the outcome of its review to the person who submitted the report except as it considers appropriate or as required under Applicable Laws.

16. Relationship to Enforcement and Other Platform Actions

Action taken, or not taken, under this Policy may interact with, and is not independent of, other governance mechanisms that apply to your use of the Platform. Depending on the circumstances, conduct addressed under this Policy may result in, or operate alongside, consequences relating to Account status, Verification Status, Membership-related status, or other Platform governance measures.

This Policy does not itself define the criteria, procedures, or consequences applicable to Account restriction, suspension, or termination, which are governed by the Terms & Conditions; to Verification Status, which is governed by the Verification Policy; or to Membership-related consequences, which are governed by the Membership Terms and the applicable plan terms. Any fee, billing, or refund consequences that may arise in connection with enforcement action under this Policy are governed by the Refund & Cancellation Policy, and are not addressed by this Policy. This Policy does not create any independent enforcement power, and does not modify, expand, or limit the rules established under those documents.

Where action under this Policy leads to, or arises alongside, an investigation, restriction, or other measure under a different policy, the applicable rules of that policy govern the conduct of that measure, and this section serves only to acknowledge that such interaction may occur.

17. Changes to this Policy

The Company may update or modify this Policy from time to time due to new Platform features, new or evolving technologies, business changes, legal or regulatory developments, security requirements, or operational improvements. Where changes are material, the Company may communicate them through reasonable notice methods, such as notification through the Platform, email to the address associated with the Account, or posting on the official website.

Where required under Applicable Laws, or where operationally appropriate, Users may be required to acknowledge or accept the updated Policy before continuing to access certain features. Material changes to this Policy generally apply prospectively, unless Applicable Laws require otherwise or the relevant change must apply immediately for legal, security, fraud-prevention, or regulatory reasons. Subject to the foregoing and to Applicable Laws, the latest applicable version of this Policy and official information shall govern, and the "Last Updated" date indicates when this Policy was most recently revised.

18. Relationship with Other Policies

This Policy forms part of, and should be read together with, the Terms & Conditions and the other policies that govern your relationship with the Company in connection with the Platform. Specific policies provide additional rules for particular matters, including, where applicable, the Privacy Policy, the Cookie Policy, the Membership Terms, the Refund & Cancellation Policy, and the Verification Policy.

Where this Policy and another document appear inconsistent, the more specific policy generally governs its specific subject matter, the latest valid version of an applicable policy may govern according to its terms, and mandatory requirements of Applicable Laws override conflicting contractual provisions. Matters relating to the interpretation of defined terms, governing law, jurisdiction, dispute resolution, limitation of liability, and similar provisions are addressed in the Terms.

19. Contact Information

For questions regarding this Policy, or to report suspected Prohibited Conduct, please use the contact details below or the designated channels identified on the Platform. To raise a formal complaint, please use the grievance redressal mechanism described in the Terms & Conditions.
