1. Introduction

This Refund & Cancellation Policy (the "Policy") explains how Connect Aura Tech Private Limited, a company incorporated and operating in India with its operational presence in Delhi, India (the "Company", "we", "us", or "our"), handles refunds, cancellations, and related billing matters in connection with paid services made available through Click4Exports (the "Platform"), a technology-driven global business-to-business (B2B) marketplace and digital business discovery platform.

Click4Exports operates as a neutral technology platform and communication facilitator. It provides digital infrastructure, marketplace tools, visibility-related features, and other digital services. It does not become a party to transactions between users and does not guarantee any commercial result. Payment for a service represents payment for access to the applicable digital features, tools, benefits, or services as defined at the time of purchase, and not for any guaranteed inquiry, lead, order, sale, revenue, profit, return on investment, search ranking, visibility level, buyer engagement, business growth, or export success.

This Policy is intended for businesses and authorised business representatives using the Platform for commercial, professional, industrial, trading, or related purposes. By purchasing a paid service, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this policy, and you agree that refunds and cancellations are handled in accordance with this policy, the terms & conditions, the applicable plan terms available at the relevant time, and applicable laws.

Important Refund Summary (Non-Binding)

Quick Summary (Non-Binding): This summary is provided for convenience only. It does not replace or modify the full policy, and the detailed provisions shall prevail in case of any inconsistency.

2. Scope

This policy applies to paid services purchased through the platform, including, where offered from time to time:

This policy governs matters including membership refunds, cancellation, payment disputes, duplicate payments, failed or incomplete transactions, GST and tax treatment of paid services, future subscription renewals, promotional purchases, chargebacks, and wallet or payment-gateway reversals, in each case to the extent applicable to the relevant service.

This policy does not apply to, and the company is not responsible for, payments, transactions, contracts, deposits, advances, or commercial arrangements made directly between users (such as between a buyer and a supplier). Such matters are governed by the arrangements agreed between the relevant businesses and remain their responsibility, consistent with the marketplace neutrality provisions of the Terms & Conditions.

3. Relationship with the Terms & Conditions

This Policy is a Level 2 specialised policy that forms part of, and should be read together with, the Click4Exports Terms & Conditions (the "Terms"), in particular the provisions relating to Premium Memberships and paid Services, payments, taxes and billing, and refunds and cancellations. It should also be read together with the Membership Terms and other applicable policies, including, where relevant, the Advertising & Promotional Policy and the Verification Policy.

Capitalised terms used but not defined in this Policy have the meanings given to them in the Terms. Where this policy and another document appear inconsistent, the more specific provision generally governs its specific subject matter, the latest valid version of an applicable policy may govern according to its terms, and mandatory requirements of applicable laws override conflicting contractual provisions. Matters relating to governing law, jurisdiction, dispute resolution, limitation of liability, grievance redressal, and similar provisions are addressed in the Terms.

4. Definitions

Unless otherwise specifically defined in this Policy, capitalised terms have the meanings given to them in the Terms. Similar terms maintain consistent meaning across all platform documents. Headings are provided for convenience only and do not independently determine legal meaning. Singular terms may include plural interpretations and vice versa where the context requires. For convenience, the following terms are used in this policy:

Paid service means any premium membership, subscription, feature, tool, advertising or promotional offering, lead-related service, verification-related service, AI-powered tool, or other digital product or service made available by the company for a fee, as described at the time of purchase.

Premium Membership means a paid digital service that provides access to additional features, tools, visibility-related options, promotional opportunities, or other membership benefits according to the selected plan, and which does not guarantee leads, enquiries, orders, sales, revenue, profit, return on investment, search ranking, visibility level, buyer engagement, business growth, or export success.

Activation means the point at which a paid service becomes available for use, which may occur immediately after successful payment, after payment verification, after completion of required onboarding, or after manual review, as applicable to the relevant service.

Refund means a return of all or part of an amount paid for a paid service, where approved under this policy, agreed by the company, or required under applicable laws.

Credit means an amount or benefit that the Company may, at its discretion and where permitted, apply toward current or future paid services in place of a monetary refund.

‘Chargeback’ means a payment reversal initiated by a user through a bank, card issuer, or payment provider.

‘Payment Provider’ means a third-party payment gateway, banking channel, wallet provider, card network, or other approved payment service used to process payments in connection with the Platform.

Applicable Laws has the meaning given in the Terms and includes the laws, rules, regulations, and mandatory requirements applicable to the Company, the Platform, and the relevant transaction.

5. Membership Fees and Nature of Payment

The Company may determine and modify membership pricing, service fees, advertising charges, promotional pricing, discounts, bundled services, multi-currency pricing, and related commercial terms. Pricing may change over time due to market conditions, technology investments, operational requirements, business strategy, or regulatory requirements, and any pricing changes generally apply prospectively unless otherwise permitted under applicable terms or applicable laws.

Fees for paid services are charged for access to the applicable digital features, tools, benefits, or services as defined at the time of purchase. Fees are not charged in exchange for any guaranteed inquiry, lead, buyer response, order, sale, revenue, profit, return on investment, search ranking, visibility level, buyer engagement, business growth, or export success. Commercial results depend on multiple factors, including market demand, product and service quality, pricing, competition, buyer requirements, responsiveness, and other factors outside the company's direct control.

Where a paid service is offered for a defined duration, the applicable period begins from the activation date or another date clearly specified during purchase and continues until expiration, cancellation under applicable terms, or suspension or termination according to applicable policies. The Company may make paid services available in one or more currencies and through one or more payment providers and may introduce additional pricing models, currencies, payment methods, or billing arrangements over time.

6. Refund Eligibility

Quick Summary (Non-Binding): This summary is provided for convenience only. It does not replace or modify the full policy, and the detailed provisions shall prevail in case of any inconsistency. Paid services are generally non-refundable once they are activated or used, unless this policy, a written agreement with the company, or applicable laws provide otherwise. Whether a refund applies depends on factors such as the type of service, how much has been used, and the time elapsed. Not receiving expected business results is not, by itself, a basis for a refund, and a refund granted in one case does not create a right to one in any future case.

Paid Services are generally non-refundable once activated or once benefits have been accessed or used, except where a Refund is expressly provided for under this Policy, expressly agreed in writing by the Company, or required under Applicable Laws.

Where the Company reviews a Refund request, the availability of a Refund may depend on factors including:

A request for a Refund solely because a business did not receive expected inquiries, leads, orders, sales, revenue, or commercial success does not, by itself, make a User eligible for a Refund, as payments are made for access to Services and features rather than for guaranteed commercial results.

Where the Company approves a Refund, it may, where permitted under Applicable Laws, provide it in whole or in part, on a pro-rata or other basis, and may provide a Credit in place of a monetary Refund where appropriate. Approval of a Refund, Credit, or adjustment in any particular case does not create an obligation to provide a Refund, Credit, or adjustment in any other case, and does not waive any of the Company's rights. The approval of any Refund, Credit, adjustment, or partial Refund in one case does not establish any precedent, obligation, or expectation that a Refund, Credit, adjustment, or partial Refund will be considered or approved in any future, same, or similar case.

7. Non-Refundable Services

Subject to Refund Eligibility, Exceptional Refunds, and Applicable Laws, the following are generally non-refundable:

The fact that a Service is identified as generally non-refundable does not limit any right that cannot be excluded under Applicable Laws, and does not prevent the Company from addressing duplicate payments, failed transactions, or amounts charged in error as described in this Policy.

8. Duplicate Payments

Where a User is charged more than once for the same Paid Service as a result of a duplicate or repeated transaction, the User should report the issue through the channels identified on the Platform and provide relevant transaction information to assist in verification.

Following verification, and where the Company confirms that a genuine duplicate charge has occurred and that the corresponding Service has not been separately activated or used, the Company may, where permitted under Applicable Laws, reverse the duplicate amount, apply a Credit, or otherwise address the duplicate charge. Reversals or adjustments may be processed through the original Payment Provider or another available method, and may depend on the systems and timelines of the relevant Payment Provider. For fraud-prevention and verification purposes, the Company may require reasonable transaction records, payment confirmations, banking information, or other supporting evidence before processing any duplicate-payment claim.

9. Failed or Incomplete Transactions

Payment issues may occur due to banking failures, network interruptions, gateway errors, technical failures, fraud-prevention checks, or other factors. Where a transaction fails or is incomplete, the corresponding Paid Service may not activate, and any amount that was debited without successful completion of the transaction may be subject to reversal by the relevant Payment Provider or banking network according to their respective processes.

Where an amount has been debited but the relevant Service has not been activated, the User should report the issue and provide relevant transaction information. The Company may investigate, coordinate with the relevant Payment Provider, and where appropriate facilitate activation of the Service or, where the Service cannot be provided, address the amount in accordance with this Policy and Applicable Laws. The timing and outcome of any reversal may depend on the Payment Provider and banking networks. The Company does not guarantee the uninterrupted availability of external payment infrastructure.

10. Payment Gateway Issues

Quick Summary (Non-Binding): This summary is provided for convenience only. It does not replace or modify the full Policy, and the detailed provisions shall prevail in case of any inconsistency. Payments are processed through third-party Payment Providers, and functions such as authorisation, settlement, reversals, and currency conversion depend on their systems, policies, and timelines. The Company may add, change, or discontinue Payment Providers and payment methods over time. The Company is generally not responsible for delays, charges, or exchange-rate differences arising from Payment Providers, banking networks, or other third parties, except to the extent required under Applicable Laws.

Payments may be processed through one or more Payment Providers, including online payment gateways, banking channels, wallets, card networks, or other approved methods. The Company may add, change, or discontinue Payment Providers and payment methods over time, including in connection with international payments and multiple currencies. Payment processing is handled through authorised Payment Providers, and the Company generally does not store complete payment-card information, subject to the Company's technical architecture and Applicable Laws.

Certain functions, including authorisation, settlement, reversals, wallet or gateway credits, and currency conversion, depend on the systems, policies, and timelines of the relevant Payment Provider and banking networks. Where a wallet or payment-gateway reversal is applicable, it may be processed in accordance with the relevant Payment Provider's mechanisms and may be subject to its fees, foreign-exchange rates, and processing times. The Company is not responsible for delays, failures, charges, or exchange-rate differences arising from Payment Providers, banking networks, or other third parties, except to the extent required under Applicable Laws. Foreign-exchange rates, intermediary bank charges, correspondent banking fees, taxes, government charges, or international payment-processing costs imposed by third parties remain outside the Company's control unless otherwise expressly stated. Users may be required to provide transaction information to assist in resolving payment-related matters.

11. GST and Tax Treatment

Quick Summary (Non-Binding): This summary is provided for convenience only. It does not replace or modify the full Policy, and the detailed provisions shall prevail in case of any inconsistency. Applicable taxes, such as GST, may be added to Paid Services in accordance with Applicable Laws, and the treatment of any tax component on a Refund is handled accordingly. You are responsible for providing accurate billing and tax information. You remain responsible for your own tax position, including any input-tax-credit implications, and the Company does not provide tax, accounting, or financial advice.

Applicable taxes, including Goods and Services Tax (GST) or other legally required taxes, may be charged on Paid Services according to Applicable Laws. The Company may issue invoices, receipts, or other billing records according to applicable tax and accounting requirements. You are responsible for providing accurate billing information, including legal business name, billing address, and GST or other tax-related information where applicable, and you acknowledge that incorrect information provided by you may affect invoice accuracy and tax treatment.

Where a Refund is approved, the treatment of any tax component, including GST, and the issuance of any credit note or adjustment document, will be handled in accordance with Applicable Laws and applicable accounting and tax requirements. The Company may adjust, withhold, or process tax components as required under Applicable Laws. Any Refund amount may be calculated net of, or inclusive of, applicable taxes as required. Refunds do not include reimbursement of taxes, duties, charges, or fees imposed by third parties or authorities where these are non-recoverable under Applicable Laws. Users are responsible for their own tax position, including any input-tax-credit implications, and should obtain independent professional advice where appropriate. Users remain solely responsible for their own accounting, tax filings, GST compliance, input-tax-credit claims, deductions, and obtaining professional tax advice where applicable, and the Company does not provide tax, accounting, or financial advice.

12. Promotional Discounts and Coupons

The Company may provide discount codes, promotional offers, introductory pricing, limited-period campaigns, bundled Services, or special packages. Unless otherwise stated, promotional offers may not be combined, may have validity periods, and may be subject to specific terms and limitations. The Company may modify, suspend, or discontinue promotional programs according to applicable terms.

Where a Paid Service is purchased using a discount, coupon, promotional credit, or introductory price, any Refund that may be approved is generally calculated by reference to the actual amount paid, and not by reference to standard or undiscounted pricing. Promotional credits, complimentary benefits, or amounts not actually paid by the User are generally non-refundable and may have no cash value. Where a promotional offer has specific refund or cancellation conditions, those conditions apply to the relevant purchase to the extent permitted under Applicable Laws. The Company may decline or reverse benefits, Refunds, or Credits in cases involving abuse or manipulation of promotional offers.

13. Membership Upgrades

Where the Company offers the ability to upgrade or change a plan, upgrade eligibility, additional charges, credit adjustments, feature transitions, and effective dates may be handled according to the applicable plan policies available at the relevant time. An upgrade generally takes effect according to the applicable process, and any price difference, pro-rata adjustment, or Credit may be applied as described at the time of the upgrade.

Amounts attributable to an upgrade are subject to this Policy, and an upgrade does not, by itself, create eligibility for a Refund of amounts already paid for a prior or existing plan, except as expressly provided or required under Applicable Laws.

14. Membership Downgrades

Where the Company offers the ability to downgrade or change to a lower-tier plan, the downgrade, including its effective date and the handling of any difference in value, may be processed according to the applicable plan policies available at the relevant time. Unless otherwise stated or required under Applicable Laws, a downgrade generally takes effect prospectively, and does not automatically entitle the User to a Refund of amounts already paid for the higher-tier plan or for the elapsed portion of the applicable period.

Where a downgrade results in the loss or reduction of certain features, benefits, allowances, or visibility options, such changes apply from the effective date of the downgrade, and any unused benefits associated with the higher-tier plan may lapse to the extent permitted under applicable terms and Applicable Laws.

15. Future Subscription Renewals

Memberships and subscriptions may be renewable according to the applicable plan. Renewal methods may include manual renewal by the customer or other renewal processes that are clearly disclosed at the relevant time. Renewal pricing, features, and available plans may change over time and generally apply to the renewed term.

Any automatic or recurring renewal mechanism, if introduced in the future, will be clearly communicated to Users in advance and handled according to Applicable Laws, including any applicable requirements relating to notice, consent, and cancellation. Where recurring billing applies, Users may be able to cancel renewal in accordance with the applicable process before the next billing date to avoid a further charge. Cancellation of renewal generally stops future charges and does not, by itself, entitle the User to a Refund of amounts already paid for the current term, except as expressly provided or required under Applicable Laws. Where a renewal charge is applied in error or contrary to a valid and timely cancellation, the Company may review and address the amount in accordance with this Policy.

16. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

Quick Summary (Non-Binding): This summary is provided for convenience only. It does not replace or modify the full Policy, and the detailed provisions shall prevail in case of any inconsistency. If a User wishes to dispute a charge, the Company encourages the User to contact it first so the matter can be reviewed and, where appropriate, resolved directly. Where a payment is disputed through a bank, card issuer, or Payment Provider, the Company may review records, share relevant information with the Payment Provider, and suspend or limit access to affected Services where permitted. Where a Chargeback is later found to be unjustified, the Company may recover the corresponding amount and associated costs and take other action consistent with the Terms and Applicable Laws.

If a User wishes to dispute a charge, the User is encouraged to contact the Company first so that the matter can be reviewed and, where appropriate, resolved directly, including through the duplicate-payment, failed-transaction, and payment-gateway processes described in this Policy.

Where a User disputes a payment through a bank, card issuer, or Payment Provider (a Chargeback), the Company may review transaction records, provide relevant information to the Payment Provider, suspend or limit access to related Services where permitted under applicable terms, and take appropriate action to prevent fraudulent payment abuse. While a disputed payment remains unresolved, the Company may, where reasonably necessary and legally permitted, temporarily suspend, restrict, or limit access to the affected Paid Service or related Account. The Company may also take reasonable action against misuse involving fraudulent payment activity, unauthorised or improper Chargebacks, false payment claims, abuse of promotional offers, or circumvention of pricing policies, in accordance with applicable terms and Applicable Laws. Where a Chargeback is later found to be unjustified, the Company may, where permitted, recover the corresponding amount and any associated costs, restrict access, or take other action consistent with the Terms and Applicable Laws.

17. Company Cancellation Rights

The Company may limit, restrict, suspend, deactivate, cancel, or terminate access to a Paid Service or Account where appropriate, including in cases involving violations of the Terms or applicable policies, fraud concerns, false or misleading information, security risks, non-compliance with verification requirements, payment-related issues, abuse of marketplace Services, repeated complaints, or legal or regulatory requirements. Where appropriate, the Company may provide notice, warnings, or an opportunity to resolve issues, although immediate action may be taken where necessary to protect Users, Platform security, legal compliance, fraud prevention, or business operations.

Where access to a Paid Service is cancelled or terminated due to a User's violation of the Terms, applicable policies, or Applicable Laws, fees are generally non-refundable, except as required under Applicable Laws. Where the Company discontinues a Paid Service for reasons not attributable to the User's breach, it may, where appropriate and permitted, provide a pro-rata Refund or Credit for the unused portion of the relevant prepaid period, subject to this Policy and Applicable Laws. The Company may also cancel or decline a purchase, and address the corresponding amount, in cases of suspected fraud, pricing or system errors, or where required under Applicable Laws.

18. User Cancellation Requests

Users may request cancellation of a Paid Service or of a future renewal through the channels or self-service options made available on the Platform, or by contacting the Company using the details under Contact Information. Cancellation requests should generally be submitted through the official communication channels designated by the Company from time to time. To assist in processing a request, Users may be asked to provide relevant details, including the Account or registered business information, the relevant Service or plan, the order or invoice reference, and the reason for the request.

Cancellation of an active Paid Service generally stops further renewals or future charges, where applicable, and ends access at the end of the applicable period or at another point determined in accordance with the applicable plan terms. Submitting a cancellation request does not, by itself, create an entitlement to a Refund of amounts already paid. Any Refund is determined in accordance with Refund Eligibility, Non-Refundable Services, Exceptional Refunds, and Applicable Laws. The Company aims to acknowledge and process valid requests within a reasonable period and, where Applicable Laws prescribe specific timelines, in accordance with those timelines. Before cancellation, Users should download or retain copies of important records and complete any pending matters, as access to certain features may end on cancellation.

19. Exceptional Refunds

Quick Summary (Non-Binding): This summary is provided for convenience only. It does not replace or modify the full Policy, and the detailed provisions shall prevail in case of any inconsistency. In addition to any Refund expressly provided in this Policy or required under Applicable Laws, the Company may, at its discretion and where legally permitted, consider a full or partial Refund, a Credit, or a commercial adjustment in exceptional circumstances. Any such discretionary decision is made on a case-by-case basis, does not constitute an admission of liability, and does not create any obligation to do the same in any future case. Nothing in this Policy limits any right that cannot be excluded or limited under Applicable Laws.

In addition to any Refund expressly provided for in this Policy or required under Applicable Laws, the Company may, at its discretion and where legally permitted, consider and provide a full Refund, a partial Refund, a Credit, or a commercial adjustment in exceptional circumstances, depending upon the facts and circumstances, and taking into account factors such as the nature of the Service, the extent of use, the time elapsed, the reason for the request, the User's account history, and indicators of fraud or abuse.

Any Refund, Credit, or adjustment provided on a discretionary or exceptional basis is made on a case-by-case basis, does not constitute an admission of liability or fault, does not modify this Policy, and does not create any obligation or expectation that a Refund, Credit, or adjustment will be provided in the same or similar circumstances in the future. The Company retains commercial discretion in such matters to the extent permitted under Applicable Laws.

Nothing in this Policy limits or excludes any right or remedy that cannot be limited or excluded under Applicable Laws. Where any provision of this Policy is found to be invalid or unenforceable, it shall be limited or removed to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect to the maximum extent permitted by law.

20. Force Majeure

The Company shall not be responsible for delays, interruptions, or failures in providing Services, processing payments, or handling Refunds or cancellations where these result from events beyond its reasonable control, including natural disasters, war or armed conflict, terrorism, government restrictions, changes in laws or regulations, cyber incidents, large-scale technical failures, power outages, internet or payment-infrastructure failures, labour disruptions, or public-health emergencies.

The occurrence of such an event does not, by itself, create an entitlement to a Refund, except as required under Applicable Laws. Where such an event materially affects the Company's ability to provide a Paid Service, the Company may, where appropriate and permitted, extend the relevant Service period, provide a Credit, or take other reasonable measures consistent with this Policy and Applicable Laws.

21. Changes to this Policy

The Company may update or modify this Policy from time to time due to new Platform features, new membership or billing models, additional Payment Providers, international or multi-currency expansion, technology developments, business changes, legal or regulatory developments, security requirements, or operational improvements. Where changes are material, the Company may communicate them through reasonable notice methods, such as notification through the Platform, email to the address associated with the Account, or posting on the official website.

Where required under Applicable Laws, or where operationally appropriate, Users may be required to acknowledge or accept the updated Policy before continuing to access certain Services. Material changes to this Policy generally apply prospectively, unless Applicable Laws require otherwise or the relevant change must apply immediately for legal, security, fraud-prevention, or regulatory reasons. Subject to the foregoing and to Applicable Laws, the version of this Policy in effect at the time of a purchase generally applies to that purchase, and the latest applicable version of this Policy and official information shall otherwise govern. The "Last Updated" date indicates when this Policy was most recently revised.

22. Contact Information

For questions regarding this Policy, or to submit a refund or cancellation request, please use the contact details below or the designated channels identified on the Platform. To raise a formal complaint, please use the grievance redressal mechanism described in the Terms & Conditions.

Frequently Asked Questions

If I get no leads, am I entitled to a refund?

No. Payments are for access to platform features and services, not for commercial results, so an absence of inquiries or orders does not by itself create refund eligibility. Eligibility depends on the service type, activation status, and applicable terms.

How do I request a cancellation or refund?

Refund and cancellation requests are handled according to the procedures and eligibility criteria set out in this policy and applicable laws.
