We may use your contact and Account information to send service-related communications, such as transactional messages, security alerts, verification-related communications, billing and renewal notifications, support responses, and important updates regarding the Platform, the Terms, or this Privacy Policy. Such communications form part of the provision of the Platform and may not be subject to opt-out where they are necessary for the operation of your Account or required under Applicable Laws.
Where permitted under Applicable Laws, we may send marketing or promotional communications regarding the Platform and Services. You should independently review important information before relying on AI-generated outputs for commercial, legal, financial, regulatory, or contractual decisions.
AI Systems are intended to support, and not to replace, human judgment. The Company does not treat AI Systems as a substitute for human oversight in situations requiring significant business, legal, compliance, or other material decisions, and applies human review where appropriate.
Where automated processing produces a decision that has a significant effect on you and is subject to specific requirements under Applicable Laws, the Company aims to handle such processing in accordance with those requirements, which may include providing relevant information or appropriate review mechanisms, according to the applicable process available at the relevant time.
We may disclose or share information in the circumstances described below. We do not sell Personal Data. Where we share information, we aim to do so consistently with this Privacy Policy and Applicable Laws.

The Company does not control how other Users handle information they obtain through the Platform, and the independent information practices of other Users are not governed by this Privacy Policy.
We may share information with Third-Party Services and service providers that perform functions on our behalf or that support Platform operations, including cloud hosting and infrastructure, communication services, payment-related technologies, analytics tools, security providers, and AI technologies. Such providers may process information only as needed to provide their services and are expected to handle information in accordance with applicable contractual obligations and Applicable Laws, as described under Third-Party Service Providers.
We may disclose information where necessary to comply with Applicable Laws, to respond to lawful requests from courts, law enforcement, regulators, or other competent authorities, to enforce the Terms and applicable policies, to detect, prevent, or address fraud, security, or technical issues, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of the Company, its Users, or third parties, as described under Legal and Regulatory Disclosures.
We may disclose or transfer information in connection with a merger, acquisition, investment, corporate restructuring, sale of assets, or other corporate transaction, subject to Applicable Laws. Where such a transaction occurs, the Company aims to ensure that any recipient continues to handle Personal Data in a manner consistent with this Privacy Policy and Applicable Laws.
The Platform may rely upon Third-Party Services to operate, secure, and improve the Platform. These may include providers of:
Where service providers process Personal Data on our behalf, they are expected to do so only for the purposes for which they are engaged, in accordance with our instructions and applicable contractual obligations, and to implement appropriate security measures consistent with Applicable Laws. Certain Third-Party Services, such as payment providers, may act as independent controllers or data fiduciaries in their own right with respect to certain information, and may process such information under their own terms and privacy practices. The Company does not control all aspects of Third-Party Services and cannot guarantee their uninterrupted availability, accuracy, security, or performance. Users should review applicable third-party terms where relevant.

Where information is no longer required for the purposes for which it was collected and retention is not otherwise required or permitted under Applicable Laws, we aim to delete, anonymise, or restrict access to it using appropriate measures.
