Customer Support Executive

Job Overview

Click4Exports is looking for a Customer Support Executive to assist buyers and sellers using our B2B marketplace. You will be the first point of contact for user queries and will make sure issues are resolved accurately and on time.

Key Responsibilities

• Respond to customer queries received through phone, email, WhatsApp and other assigned channels.
• Support buyers and sellers with registration, account access, profile and product listing questions.
• Diagnose user issues and resolve them or guide users through the correct steps.
• Follow up on open requests until they are resolved.
• Escalate technical or account issues to the relevant internal team with complete details.
• Record every interaction and its resolution in the CRM or helpdesk system.
• Coordinate with sales, operations and technical teams on customer requirements.
• Maintain a polite, professional and consistent standard of communication.

Required Skills

• Clear verbal and written communication in Hindi and English.
• Patient, customer-focused approach to problem solving.
• Comfortable with email, chat and phone support.
• Basic computer and internet skills; familiarity with CRM or helpdesk tools.
• Good follow-up and coordination habits.

Qualification & Experience

Graduate in any discipline. 1–3 years of experience in customer support, customer service or a helpdesk role is preferred. Candidates with less experience but strong communication skills may also apply.

• Employment Type: Full-time
• Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹25,000 per month
