Marketplace Operations Executive

Job Overview

Click4Exports is looking for a Marketplace Operations Executive to keep our B2B marketplace accurate, trustworthy and well organised. You will review supplier and product listings, maintain catalogue quality, and make sure buyer enquiries reach the right sellers.

Key Responsibilities

• Review and approve new supplier profiles and product listings against marketplace guidelines.
• Check listings for correct categories, product details, images and contact information.
• Identify and correct duplicate, incomplete or miscategorised listings.
• Route buyer enquiries and requirements to relevant suppliers and track their status.
• Coordinate with sales and support teams on supplier onboarding and listing issues.
• Maintain operational records and prepare regular reports on listings and enquiries.
• Flag suspicious or low-quality accounts for review.

Required Skills

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good working knowledge of Excel / Google Sheets.
• Clear written communication in English and Hindi.
• Comfortable working with admin panels and web-based tools.
• Ability to follow guidelines and handle repetitive review tasks consistently.

Qualification & Experience

Graduate in any discipline. 1–3 years of experience in marketplace operations, catalogue management, e-commerce operations or a similar role is preferred.
